  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of stock unavailability or verification delays, processing time may increase.

Customers will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.


2. Shipping Coverage

TechAdda ships products across most locations in India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on:

  • Serviceable pin codes
  • Courier partner coverage
  • Local delivery conditions

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Unexpected logistical issues

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Certain products or order values may qualify for free shipping promotions.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or special delivery locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers may receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Refused delivery

the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.


7. Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if severely damaged
  • Record photos/videos before opening
  • Report the issue to TechAdda within 48 hours

This helps us process claims efficiently.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier services, TechAdda is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues
  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect customer information

In case of lost shipments confirmed by the courier partner, we will assist with replacement or refund as applicable.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Mobile number
  • PIN code

TechAdda is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.


10. International Shipping

Currently, TechAdda primarily ships within India unless otherwise specified.
