Refund policy

At TechAdda, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide genuine and high-quality IT and computer products. If you experience any issue with your purchase, please review our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective or not working properly
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing accessories or parts

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice, and tags must be included
  • Products must not show signs of physical damage, tampering, or misuse

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective on arrival:

  • Used or physically damaged products
  • Software, digital products, or license keys
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items without original packaging or invoice

3. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may qualify for replacement instead of refund when:

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged during shipping

Replacement is subject to:

  • Stock availability
  • Verification by our support team
  • Inspection of returned product

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after:

  • Returned products are received and inspected
  • The return request is approved

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

In certain cases:

  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable
  • COD handling fees may not be refunded
  • Partial refunds may apply if returned items are incomplete or damaged by the customer

5. Return Process

To request a return, replacement, or refund:

  1. Contact our support team with:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos if applicable
  2. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the product and ship it as instructed.
  4. Once received and verified, we will process the replacement or refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of:
    • Product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may affect claim eligibility.


7. Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty may require direct service through authorized service centers.

TechAdda may assist customers with warranty guidance where possible but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once shipped:

  • Orders generally cannot be canceled
  • Customers may initiate a return request after delivery if eligible

Refunds for canceled prepaid orders are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
